We’re glad you’re here! To ensure a safe, pleasant, and enjoyable experience for all visitors, please respect the following rules
while on mall property:
Respectful Conduct
• No abusive, obscene, threatening, or discriminatory language or behavior.
• No violence, fighting, harassment, or intimidation of any kind.
• No disruptive or unsafe behavior, including excessive noise, loitering, or blocking walkways.
Safe Movement
• Use escalators, elevators, and stairs properly.
• Recreational devices such as skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, bicycles, and non-medical scooters are not permitted
inside the mall. Mobility devices used by persons with disabilities are welcome.
• Running, horseplay, or unsafe activity is prohibited.
Appropriate Use of Property
• No solicitation, handbill distribution, or unauthorized sales or promotions.
• No unauthorized demonstrations, assemblies, or performances.
• Storefronts, fixtures, and displays must not be tampered with or damaged.
• Access to employee-only areas, service corridors, storage rooms, or other restricted spaces is strictly prohibited unless
authorized.
Age & Supervision
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or supervising adult when in the mall outside of regular operating
hours.
• Groups of unsupervised minors may be asked to leave if their behavior is disruptive.
Dress & Appearance
• Proper attire, including shirt and shoes, is required at all times.
• Clothing or accessories with offensive, obscene, or gang-related messages/symbols are not allowed.
Substances & Safety
• Smoking, including vaping, is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Drugs of any kind are not permitted on mall property, including marijuana.
• Alcohol may only be consumed in licensed establishments.
• Minors may not possess or consume alcohol.
• Open containers are prohibited outside licensed areas.
• Weapons of any kind are not permitted, except by certified law enforcement.
Parking & Vehicles
• Please park only in designated spaces.
• Reckless or unsafe driving, or overnight vehicle storage without permission, is not allowed.
• Violators may be towed at the owner’s expense.
This property is private. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the premises and/or other legal remedies. If
you witness unsafe or inappropriate behavior, please notify Mall Security or Management immediately.
This list is not all-inclusive and may be modified at any time by the management of this shopping center.
This shopping center is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Violation of this code of conduct may result in expulsion from this property in addition to any other legal remedies that shopping center management may choose to exercise.
This shopping center is private property, and no rights shall accrue to the public by virtue of the public's entry into this shopping center or on shopping center property.
This "Code of Conduct" is not intended to deprive any person of their applicable civil rights or liberties under the law.
If you feel your rights are being violated, please notify the shopping center management office.
Suggested Safety Tips for Shopping
- Note your parking location.
- Remember to lock your car.
- If you're shopping with family or friends, prearrange a place and a time to meet.
- Never leave children unattended. If your child wanders away, please contact mall security for assistance.
- Teach your children their full name... as well as yours.
- Carry a current photo of your child with you.
- Don't leave packages or other personal property unattended.
- Guard your handbag, wallet, and credit cards... don't flash your cash.
- Always have keys in hand before you reach your car.
- Check your car from a distance to make sure no one is loitering near it.
- Always lock car doors as soon as you get inside.
- Always be aware of your surroundings.
- If you notice anything suspicious, report it to Mall Security and Management
- Never hesitate to ask for assistance.
